To me this is urtext when it comes to highly technical, dense and arresting IDM, with drum programming that dances the line between alien and funky without falling into pretension. And the melodies! Be it the delicate plumes of Rand, the warm enveloping tones of Surfaise, the serrated worn edges of Diesehle, the frail suspended clouds of Phins… Hard as nails to pick a favorite… Psen is an obvious winner with its languorous lead and whirring machine skittering, but any of them could fit the bill.

when this was released in 1999, i was 10, mainly listening to foo fighters and aerosmith. i love the person i am today, but i can't help but imagine how different my life would be if i had this then. this comp is brilliant and timeless and convinced me to purchase the label's discography.

Este tipo esta muy cabron. Por fin mi DAC+AMP & planar magnetics intensifican una experiencia a un nivel bellisimo. Este track, despues que estas en el piso de la ricura, al final te cae a almohadasos poliritmicos de alto cache. Muy por encima el album. 100/10
